License

The LivStay specification, its schemas, examples and reference code are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

This matches the Personal Agent Protocol, which LivStay extends, so implementers deal with one licence across both. Apache 2.0 includes an express patent grant from contributors, which matters for a protocol that many companies implement.

The companies, homes and people in the examples are fictional, apart from LivAround as the reference implementation.

"LivStay" is a name used by LivAround Ltd for this project. The licence covers the text and code, not the name.
